Associating A Vendor With Another Property

For those who have multiple properties but use the same vendors, there's no need to add the same vendor to each property. You can simply link an existing vendor to an existing property. Here's how:

1. Click Admin in the Top Navigation Bar, then look down to where it says "Link Vendor With Property" and click GO on the same line. 
2. There are two options:
   • If the vendor's account information is the same for multiple properties, just select the vendor you want to link on the table to the left, then select the property you want to link it with on the table to the right.
   • If the account information is different for the property or properties, then check off the box that says I want to enter individual vendor account information per each property. Then you would select the property you want to link the vendor with and provide all the necessary account information on the next tab.
3. Just click Finish and you've linked a vendor to a property.
