On this page you can log communications with your tenant, enter any specific notes or upload any document related to this tenant. You can navigate to this page by clicking Properties in the Top Navigation Menu. Then select a property in the left table and a tenant in the right. Lastly click Tenant Notes in the Actions Menu.
Communication Log: Allows you to track any communication between you and your tenant, like a request or a rent demand notice. Just click the buttons below to add, modify or delete a communication log. Here's how you add a log:
- Reported Date: What day was the issue reported?
- Reported By: Who was the issue reported by?
- Action By Date: When will the owner/ manager take action by?
- Current Status: Is it pending or closed? (Choose from the drop down list)
- Comment: Any comments you may have on this particular communication log.
Notes: The Notes tab allows you to store any notes or custom fields related to this tenant. Custom Fields can be renamed to whatever you want (ex. Pets). Just remember to click the Update button when adding or modifying notes and fields. (Notes and Custom Fields are optional.)
Upload Documents: Save any Tenant Documents on this tab. Click Add to add a document. Click Preview to preview the uploaded document. Click Modify to modify the description of the selected Document. Click Delete to delete the selected document. Note: Any document added here will be visible to the Tenant on the Tenant Portal.
You may visit the other Tenant Pages by clicking any of the other tabs and you can change the tenant by clicking the green arrow next to the tenant's name.
