The Tenant Information Page is where you can view and update your tenant's information. You can navigate there by first clicking the Properties button in the Top Menu. Then select a property in the left side and then select the tenant in the right side. Lastly, click Tenant Info in the Actions Menu.
On this page you can change the Tenant's Name as well as maintain Tenant's contacts and its details, Tenant's communication settings and Tenant's access to the Tenant Portal. Be sure to click the Update button after making the change to Tenant's Name and/or Premise Use (optional field).
Notice the three tabs in the center of the page. Let's cover what you can do on each one of the tabs:
This is where you can add, modify, or delete Tenant Contacts and Addresses. When adding a contact, enter their name(s) and title, address, phone number(s), fax number and email. Click Save to save the contact information.
You decide where the Owner or Manager should "Send Bills To" and where the Tenant should "Send Payments To". Simply click on the icon and select the appropriate delivery or destination. Keep in mind the the selected Send Bills To address will be used as the Tenant's primary address record. The email associated with that address record will be used as the default email address for invoices.
In this tab you can enable / disable access to the tenant portal for this tenant. You can also invite the tenant to register and join the tenant portal.
