A Portfolio allows you to group properties so that you can easily filter and focus on a certain set of properties at any given time. Filtering by portfolio filters the display of properties across all pages within the UnitConnect.
To create a portfolio, open the Portfolio Management Page. Do so by clicking Admin in the Top Navigation Bar and opening the Application Management Tab. Then click GO next to where it says Manage Portfolios.
The Portfolio Management Page has a list that displays all of your portfolios, if any, their descriptions, and status.
To add a Portfolio, click the Add Portfolio button at the bottom of the table. Then enter the Portfolio Name, Description, and check the box to activate it. Modify one by clicking the icon next to a Portfolio, or by selecting one and then clicking Modify Portfolio.
Now that you have created a Portfolio it's time to add properties to it. Simply select a portfolio and then look to the right table with a list of all your properties. Check off which properties you wish to be added to the portfolio. Once satisfied, click Update to save your changes.
